Hi, friend. I’m Sarah—though most people in our creative community know me simply as Button. I am a dreamer, a joy-seeker, and the heart beating behind The Playstead.

Sometimes, when people see my playful spirit, they assume I’ve never known life’s heavier moments. In truth, I value play, slow living, and artistic wonder so deeply because I know the weight of the alternative all too well. Through my own journey, I’ve learned a gentle truth: we can only truly create, dance, and let our curiosity roam free when we first feel entirely safe. That is why I built The Playstead. It was never meant to be just a brand—it is a soft sanctuary for your soul.

Whether you are stepping into The Playstead Studio to release your mind during an abstract painting class, or wrapping yourself in the sun-warmed confidence of a handcrafted 3D earring from The Playstead Elements, everything here is a gift from my heart straight to yours. It is my small token of gratitude for your beautiful presence in this world.

I’m not here to just sell you a "thing" or fill your schedule with another task. I am here to hold space for you, to remind you that you are already more than enough, and to show you that the joy and strength you’re looking for is already alive right inside of you.
