The Investment in Play: How it Works

Bringing a group to The Art Lab is a two-step process. Here is how we get your party on the calendar:

1. Secure Your Date (The Deposit)
The $200 deposit you are paying today is a non-refundable fee that officially locks in your date and time. This covers the "magic-making" behind the scenes—studio prep, professional setup, and the cleaning fee. This deposit will be credited toward your final total.

2. Choose Your Per-Person Flavor
Once your date is locked, we will reach out to confirm your guest count and chosen theme. Each guest fee includes all professional art materials and guided instruction.


The Nitty- Gritty:

  • Minimums: Private parties require a minimum of 6 guests.
  • Final Headcount: We ask for your final guest count 72 hours before your event so we can prep the right amount of supplies.
  • Final Payment: You will receive a final invoice for the remaining balance (Total - $200 deposit) once your guest count is confirmed. This must be paid prior to or upon arrival.
